Buena Vista 65 Club is on a mission to transform retirement living in the UK, and we want you to be a part of it. Our team of experienced professionals is developing urban retirement villages that prioritise quality of life, sustainability, and social responsibility, and we're excited to bring this innovative concept to the market.
With increasing life expectancy and a lack of modern specialist housing for people over 65, the demand for retirement communities in the UK is higher than ever. Our integrated retirement communities (IRCs), also known as urban retirement villages, aim to fill this gap by offering a unique and socially connected living experience that caters to the specific needs of over 65s.
At Buena Vista 65 , we believe in delivering retirement living that's not just comfortable and safe, but also enjoyable and fulfilling. Our IRCs feature state-of-the-art amenities, environmentally-friendly buildings, and a range of health and wellness services, all designed to help residents live independently and age gracefully. Join us on this exciting journey as we create a new standard in retirement living.
The majority of available specialist housing in the UK was developed a few decades ago, and the design often lacks an understanding of the needs of over 65s when they grow older and need assistance. As a result, there is a significant supply-demand imbalance in the market.
At Buena Vista 65 Club, our vision is to create a portfolio of five urban retirement villages over the course of ten years that adopt environmentally-friendly practices and prioritise social responsibility, becoming a model for sustainable senior living.
We operate under the QITI principles, which focus on quality of life, independence, technology, and integration.
